To get you started, we will schedule a free 1-on-1 consultation for you with one of our coaches. We start each new member, regardless of fitness level, with 1-on-1 personal training sessions. These sessions teach our foundational movements and get you acclimated to the gym. We want to be sure you are comfortable before you begin classes. Additionally, this allows us to customize a plan just for you.
